Custom vss-* schemas extend omH for VSS-specific symptom groups with no existing omH equivalent. Standard omH schemas are used for sleep duration and clinical notes. All data is processed locally — nothing is uploaded.

The FHIR Bundle export is structurally valid HL7 FHIR R4 (Patient + Observation resources), but symptom codes currently use a custom openvisual.org CodeSystem rather than official LOINC/SNOMED CT codes, so automatic recognition by third-party EHR systems is not yet guaranteed. Terminology binding is in progress.
